EC Arc Games ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game TRÍWILD.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you use TRÍWILD.

1. Information collected by TRÍWILD

TRÍWILD does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address in order to play.

Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device. This can include information such as:

• coin balance;
• unlocked and selected animals;
• power-up upgrades;
• high scores and best runs;
• game settings;
• advertising reward progress; and
• other game progression information.

This locally stored game data is used to operate the game and preserve your progress between sessions.

2. Advertising

TRÍWILD uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to provide optional rewarded advertisements.

Rewarded advertisements are voluntary. You may choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for certain in-game benefits, such as:

• reviving during a run;
• doubling coins earned from a run;
• spinning the reward wheel; or
• progressing towards an Animal Unlock Token.

You can play TRÍWILD without choosing to watch rewarded advertisements.

Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and process information including:

• your IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
• interactions with the app and advertisements;
• diagnostic and performance information; and
• device identifiers, including advertising-related identifiers where available.

This information may be used for purposes including providing advertising, measuring advertising performance, analytics, and preventing fraud and abuse.

Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.

3. Advertising consent and privacy choices

Where required by applicable law, TRÍWILD uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising-related privacy choices.

Users in applicable regions, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, may be presented with options relating to the processing of their information for advertising purposes.

Where required, you can revisit your advertising privacy choices through the Privacy Options section within TRÍWILD.

Advertising will only be requested when the applicable consent and privacy requirements allow it.

4. Third-party services

TRÍWILD currently uses:

Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads
Used to provide optional rewarded advertising.

Used to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required.

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

5. How we use information

Information processed in connection with TRÍWILD may be used to:

• operate and maintain the game;
• save game progress locally;
• provide optional rewarded advertisements;
• deliver rewards after successfully completed rewarded advertisements;
• measure and operate advertising;
• prevent advertising fraud and abuse;
• diagnose technical problems; and
• comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell personal information directly to third parties.

Advertising providers may process or share information as described in their own privacy policies and according to the privacy choices available to you.

6. Internet access

TRÍWILD's core gameplay does not require advertising to play.

An internet connection is required to load optional rewarded advertisements and may be required for certain third-party services.

If an advertisement cannot be loaded because of network availability, filtering, an advertising service being unavailable, or another technical reason, you can continue playing the game without using that rewarded-advertisement feature.

7. Children's privacy

TRÍWILD does not knowingly request personal information directly from children through the game.

We do not knowingly ask children to provide their name, email address, phone number, or other direct contact information through TRÍWILD.

Advertising and privacy settings may be configured according to applicable laws, platform requirements, and Google advertising policies.

8. Data retention

Game progression and settings stored locally on your device generally remain there until they are removed by the game, the game's data is cleared, or TRÍWILD is uninstalled.

Information processed by third-party services such as Google may be retained according to those providers' respective policies and legal obligations.

9. Data security

We take reasonable steps to limit the information TRÍWILD itself collects and to use established service providers where third-party processing is necessary.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding your personal information, including rights relating to access, deletion, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent.

Where applicable, advertising consent choices can be reviewed through the privacy options available within TRÍWILD.

You may also use privacy and advertising controls provided by your Android device and Google.

We may update this Privacy Policy if TRÍWILD's features, third-party services, advertising practices, or legal requirements change.

When the policy is updated, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised.
